## Expenses

### List and search

In interactive terminals, listing opens a searchable browser. Press `Enter` to view details, `Esc` to return, `q` to quit.

### Get, add, edit, delete

### Date formats

`--date` accepts `YYYY-MM-DD` or `DD-MM-YYYY`, with optional time after `T`:

--date 2026-09-16                    # Midnight UTC

--date 2026-09-16T21:20:00+02:00     # With timezone offset
```

### Splits

Direct expenses require at least one `--split WHO=AMOUNT`. Group expenses can omit `--split` to use the group's default.

--split-type equal                   # Equal split (recalculates on amount change)
```

## Payments

banana payments get PAYMENT_ID

## Currencies

## Raw JSON input

Create commands also accept raw JSON:

This form takes IDs directly instead of names.
